Returns & Exchanges

At Mint & Lily, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-personalized items. Please ensure items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Mint & Lily box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of your shipping mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
